Migrating birds, like cranes or wild geese, are amazing team players and impress us again and again when they fly in formation over our heads.
They amaze us not only with their sense of direction and their stamina, but also with their incredible way of working together, precisely synchronised.
Without their perfect interaction, they could never fly so high, nor reach their distant destinations. The birds with strength and experience swap positions at the front of the formation and give their knowledge to the younger ones.
This is a principle they stick to, no matter what the size of the flock or the distance to be flown. It is also a principle utilised by Henk International.
